Refund policy
We have a 10 days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10 days have exceeded from the date you received it, unfortunately we could not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, press Return option in your order list , your order return process will be started, you will get notifications in your registered e-mail, mobile no. we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where our pickup person will come & collect your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would prefer an exchange instead, please contact us to sort it out.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned garment, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. There are certain situations where, No refunds are granted in the Case of returned garment, is not in its original condition, and is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer’s error. In any case, If the customer want their garment back after our inspection, which is returned to us in damaged or with missing parts, customer has to bear the second-time delivery (courier) charges at their cost.
If approved, your order amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
